The tour will be led by members of the Administrative team and student leaders who are excited to share their experiences with you. Tours will provide information about our history, our beliefs, our curriculum, our culture, and everything we can offer students who join our Crew.

25-26 Lead Open Enrollment

November 1, 2024

The school-wide open enrollment application opens for families to apply for any grade (K5 - 8) for the upcoming school year.

If interest exceeds available seats, we will hold a lottery.

25-26 Lead Open Enrollment Closes

December 6, 2024

The application window closes.

To be considered in the lottery, applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm on December 6, 2024.

Notification of Open Enrollment Results

December 10, 2024

Families will be notified via email if their child has been accepted. Accepted students will receive an acceptance letter with detailed instructions on how to complete the registration process.

Once accepted, families must respond to the next steps provided in order to accept enrollment. If no response is received, the offer will expire to allow space for families ready to register.

If a waitlist is created due to high demand, families will be notified and asked if they would like to be placed on the waitlist.

Missed Open Enrollment?

December 7 - August 2025

Families can still apply for the 2025-2026 school year after the lottery. Applications will be processed in the order they are received, and families will be informed about grade-level availability and next steps.

Any remaining spots in grades K5-8 after the lottery will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once accepted, families must respond to the next steps provided in order to accept enrollment. If no response is received, the offer will expire to allow space for families ready to register.

If no spots are available in the grade level you apply for, you will be notified and asked if you would like to join the waitlist.
